Thousands of stories. Hundreds of destinies. One victory! 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

May 9, 1945 is a date forever inscribed in gold letters in the heart of every citizen of our country. On this day, the Great Patriotic War ended, becoming a symbol of courage, heroism and incredible resilience of our people.

In 2025, we celebrate the 80th anniversary of this historic event, which became a turning point in world history. Today, we remember those who gave their lives for freedom and peace, and ask ourselves: why is it important to remember this page of history?

History teaches us values

History is a mirror that reflects not only the past, but also the future. It helps us understand what valuesare truly important and how they have been formed over the centuries.

The Great Victory is not just a fact from a textbook, it is a living memory of how our ancestors fought for the freedom, honor and dignity of their homeland. This memory reminds us of the importance of patriotism, unity and mutual assistance. After all, it was thanks to these qualities that our people were able to overcome the most difficult trials. Analyzing the events of the past, we can avoid mistakes and make the right decisions in the present.

Why is it important to remember?

We must know the truth about the feat of our people. About those who stood to the death in the Brest Fortress, defended Leningrad, Moscow and Stalingrad. Every corner of our country bears traces of this war. The eternal flame burning in cities and towns symbolizes the memory of the people who stood and won. In the modern world, where information is available almost instantly, it is important not to lose the connection of times. Knowledge of history helps the younger generation better understand what values are worth protecting, what lessons need to be learned from the past. Only by realizing the scale of tragedy and heroism can we build a future free of war and destruction.

Preserving Memory is the Key to the Future

The memory of the Great Victory is not only a tribute to the fallen heroes, but also an important component of national identity. It unites generations, fosters a sense of pride in one's country and strengthens the spiritual foundations of society. Without knowledge of history, it is impossible to build a strong and stable state, because the roots of any success lie in the past.

Today's children and youth are a continuation of those who once defended our country. They wear portraits of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers in the "Immortal Regiment", read their letters and diaries, learn about the price at which we gained freedom. Every person, regardless of age, can contribute to preserving memory: tell the story of their family, take part in memorial events, pass on knowledge to future generations.

Our contribution to preserving memory

The management of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK adheres to the course of forming sustainable spiritual and moral values among employees, promotes the development of corporate patriotism and organizational culture based on the principles of continuity, responsibility and respect for the history of the Fatherland.

Recently, employees of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK visited the Museum Complex "Road of Memory. 1418 Steps to Victory!", where everyone could personally immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the war years. We carefully studied the exhibits, read notes and letters from those years, which still preserve the warmth of human hands and the pain of loss. This journey into the past became an important reminder for us of the price at which we got Victory.

A visit to the Museum Complex "Road of Memory. 1418 Steps to Victory!" became a significant event in the life of our company. We considered it important to personally immerse ourselves in history in order to more consciously feel the scale of the Soviet people's feat and convey spiritual and moral values to our employees and their families. We consider such initiatives not only as an opportunity to strengthen the corporate spirit, but also as fulfilling our moral duty - to be the guardians of historical memory. Our task is to ensure reliable continuity of generations and maintain respect for the feat of those who gave us a peaceful sky over our heads at the cost of their lives, - noted Denis Svanyuta, Deputy General Director of DAS GLOBAL LOGISTIK.

Holding memorial and educational events is aimed at strengthening moral principles, forming the right life guidelines and developing the personal potential of employees. This approach not only contributes to team building, but also lays a solid foundation for high professional achievements in the present, as well as the sustainable development of the company in the future.
